As Office Administrator, I lead the administrative team and support the connection between our clients and financial advisors. With over 5 years of experience in client services, I partner closely with our advisors to anticipate client needs, resolve issues efficiently, and ensure every client feels supported and valued. From simplifying account setup and online access to coordinating contributions, distributions, and beneficiary updates, I focus on making the financial process as seamless as possible. Much of my work happens behind the scenes, where I help resolve issues and manage client requests so our advisors and clients can stay focused on what matters most. My goal is to provide a smooth, responsive, and welcoming experience in every interaction.
Outside of the office, I enjoy spending time with family and friends, especially outdoors with my dogs and going on hikes near the shore. I also enjoy serving at my local church and making time to recharge in nature whenever I can.
